          All of our corporations, educators, governments, and nonprofits are dealing with data bases that our geniuses’ discoveries in many fields have proven to consist of incomplete, unscientific, distorted, invalid, fallacious, and even quite false information. I propose that you collect and examine the evidence. Then aid in the creation of, and take workshops on, the forefront of science and human knowledge. This will enable you to base your decisions on accurate information in all fields. Military investigators failed to investigate their twenty three errors: failure to use the state of the art, health systems crimes, failures in safety training, error reduction,, contract errors, failure to require using All Eleven Elements of the New Scientific Method, plus.
